Judges, presenters and other personnel[]
Confirmed participants[]
Each country submitted an artist whom would represent the country in qualification rounds prior to the live shows. Once they were to qualify into the live shows, a new song and act would be submitted every week. The final, however, will not allow the country to submit a new act as the best performance of each country will be used, with the artist singing multiple songs.
